I believe that healing begins when we finally have the space to slow down and make sense of what we have been carrying.

So much of what we experience today; anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, life transitions, or complicated family dynamics, often traces back to earlier experiences that quietly shaped how we learned to cope, connect, and protect ourselves. In our work together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.

I bring a relational, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to therapy, weaving together Internal Family Systems, attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness practices to help you understand yourself more deeply. I am especially drawn to relational healing, generational patterns, and supporting clients in developing a greater sense of self trust and inner clarity.

My hope is that you leave every session feeling a little more seen, a little more understood, and a little more connected to yourself. That is the kind of space I am committed to creating for you.
