We're "Here" to Help

Lately, times have been difficult and it can take a toll on our mental health. We are committed to providing quality virtual sessions so you can get support from the safety of your own home.

Virtual sessions available through Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, or phone.

Here are some tips for making the most of your virtual sessions:

  • Make sure the room is well lit and free of distractions.
  • Wear comfortable clothes and prop your computer on a couple of books in order to keep proper neck and back alignment.
  • To improve eye contact, position your camera so it’s easy to look at the camera and the screen.
  • If the window of your self view is distracting, place a post-it note over the box on your screen.
  • Turn off sound or pop-up notifications for emails and text messages.
  • Turn on the “do not disturb” function in order to send phone calls to voicemail during your session.

We will do our best to provide our clients with updates on when we can return back to the office. Although we miss having in-person sessions, we will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our community.
