Couples Therapy

Whether you're adjusting to a major life change, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, struggling with body image, exploring your sense of identity, or seeking deeper connection in your relationship, I'm here to help. Together, we can make sense of what you're carrying and move toward what feels more aligned.

I believe therapy should be a nonjudgmental space in which you feel safe walking in and empowered walking out. My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I integrate additional therapeutic modalities based on what best supports each client's goals. I believe that effective therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and adapts to the person in the room, recognizing the uniqueness of each individual's experience.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from a variety of backgrounds including survivors of violence, foster youth, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I want you to feel genuinely seen, not just heard. My hope is that our work together feels consistent, genuine, and meaningful, allowing you to develop into a more grounded and connected version of yourself.
