Our passion is to give voice to those who may have been quieted and instill confidence where there is self-doubt. In today’s fast-paced society, it can be easy for someone to feel like they’re falling behind, not measuring up, or not fitting in. We are committed to helping people find their unique place in the world.
About UsAnxiety Management
Anxiety can be very consuming and hard to shake – we get it. Using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we approach anxiety by identifying negative thoughts and physical sensations such as headaches or body tension. Afterwards, we will help you formulate a plan to decrease your anxiety symptoms.
Couples
The first step in beginning couples therapy is finding the right therapist. Our therapists help couples unpack a range of deep emotions and identify faulty patterns of communication that get in the way of the deeper messages each partner is trying to convey to the other. In order to thrive as a couple, it is important to examine individual responsibilities and commitments within the relationship.
Teens
Teens need to trust their therapist in order to grow and make progress in therapy. We really take the time to get to know them and invite them to get to know us. Our goal is to give teens a space to process their emotions, make sense of the world around them, examine their thoughts, and learn effective behavioral skills.
Trauma & EMDR
When traumatic things happen, it affects one’s ability to successfully navigate their world without fear. We use highly effective trauma treatments such as EMDR, which helps clients reprocess their trauma within a safe environment and take the “charge” out of traumatic memories. In addition, meditation and mindfulness are taught as daily coping strategies.
Shannon Kalberg
I see therapy as a transformational tool to help you connect deep within yourself. My top speciality is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - a highly effective therapeutic treatment that targets traumatic memories and core thoughts. Using this technique, I have seen incredible results and pride myself on providing a safe space for my clients to grow and transform.
Sydney Selecky
Therapy is a space for self-discovery and growth. My empathy and compassion allow me to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to be at their most vulnerable and turn a difficult experience into a transformative one. I strive to help my clients feel understood, deepen their connection with themselves, and develop new strategies for dealing with issues in their lives. My goal is to empower you to become the most authentic version of yourself and reach your greatest potential.
Katja Grasso
I strive to create a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where you feel safe walking in and empowered walking out. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with other modalities tailored to your unique goals. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including survivors of trauma and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re carrying and move toward a more grounded, connected version of yourself.
Kailey Waring
I believe that healing begins with your relationship to yourself. My approach is warm, authentic, and collaborative, offering a safe space to explore what’s beneath the surface of anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles. I support clients in building coping skills, self-compassion, and meaningful connections with others. In both individual and couples therapy, I help clients strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create greater balance and resilience in their lives.
