Specialties: Anxiety and Perfectionism, Trauma and PTSD, Relational Healing and Attachment, Life Transitions and Identity, Couples Therapy, Grief and Loss

Vanessa Chapman works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in helping clients better understand the emotional experiences and protective patterns that shape their lives.

Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, mindfulness practices, and holistic approaches, Vanessa helps clients slow down, process difficult emotions, and develop stronger self-awareness and emotional clarity. She believes therapy should feel deeply human, compassionate, and emotionally safe.

Vanessa is especially passionate about relational healing, generational patterns, self-trust, and helping clients feel more connected to themselves and the people around them. Her work focuses on creating a calm and supportive environment where clients feel seen, understood, and encouraged throughout their healing process.
